Cal Kali

Cal Kali is an old fully renovated mountain house located in Les Cortals , a small village nestled at an elevation of 1 750 meters in the wild meadows of the Haut-Conflent, between Font-Romeu, Les Angles and La Llagonne. It is a region where local farms still produce traditional cheese, cultivate home-grown potatoes and where animals still graze in the fields.

Here, you will enjoy peacefulness, amazing sunsets and nature. The location is both close and far away from everything: this is why we think it is the ideal place to explore in depth this part of the Eastern Pyrénées.

Cal Kali is a 250 square-meter house located on a 2000 square-meter private land.
The whole property consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens.
During the renovation of the house, two independent units have been created: the ground floor (with an accomodation capacity of 4 people) and the first floor (with an accomodation capacity of 9 people).

The lower part is composed of a living room, a kitchen, a fully fitted bathroom, a laundry room and two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds).

The ground floor offers a direct access to the garden, equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture. It consists of a vast living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, and a large table for up to 14 people.

On the first floor, you will find a spacious terrace, as well as a bedroom with 3 beds, a fully fitted bathroom and a second laundry room which has a second shower. There is also an indoor entrance and a second outdoor entrance for the equipment.

The second floor consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a convertible couch, a bathroom and a reading/writing corner.
In the garden, you will also find a large table with a barbecue which offers the possibility of delicious meals.

Cal Kali is definitely a place full of charm where you can peacefully enjoy nature and the outdoors.
